(C) Basic course for the acquisition of technical language skills for effective communication in everyday situations related to the practice of law enforcement, education, social work, health care and welfare. Prerequisite: One of the following: SPA 306, 307 or 308. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
