MAT 446 - Probability and Statistics

(A) An introduction to the theory of probability; random variables and probability distributions; mathematical expectations; special probability distributions; topics in statistical inference, including estimation and hypothesis testing. Prerequisite: A grade of C- or better in MAT 237. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
