REC 574 - Outdoor Pursuits Education and Leadership(F) The understanding and application of the process of teaching, learning and leading outdoor pursuits. Program theory, instructional design, leadership techniques and safety management principles associated with the conduct of outdoor pursuits and adventure education programs. Prerequisite: REC 370 or 379 or PED 308 or consent of department. Not open to students with credit for REC 474. (3 cr. hr.)
