SPM 680 - Policy and Strategic Management in Sport Organizations(S)A capstone course exploring the development of sport management policy through a strategic management framework and process. Students are expected to integrate material and information presented in other courses as a foundation and means to prepare a major policy paper in the student's area of specialty or interest. This seminar-style course requires students to analyze specific issues and problems through case study and class presentations.Prerequisite: Successful completion of 12 graduate credit hours in the major, with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.(3 cr. hr.)
