PSY 520 - Psychopharmacology(O)The study of the biological bases of major psychiatric disorders and the medications used to treat these disorders. Special attention will be paid to neurochemical and neurological mechanisms involved in the disorders and the neurochemical mechanisms affected by psychopharmacological medications.Prerequisite: PSY 101 or PSY 421 or consent of department.(3 cr. hr.)
