WST 445 - Women and Sport

(O)Examination of the current scholarship and debates surrounding issues of women’s participation and involvement in sport. Also explores the dynamics of gender and sporting participation. A critical perspective will be used to examine sport as a significant social institution and its relationship to sexism and homophobia. Open only to juniors and seniors.
