PSY 301 - Research Methods for Psychology

(A) Introduction to concepts underlying scientific methods in psychology. Topics include theory, hypothesis testing, reliability, validity, measurement, statistical decision making, experimental and non-experimental designs and ethics in human and animal research. Prerequisite: PSY 101 and PSY 201. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
