POL 202 - Introduction to Law and the Judicial Process

(B) Analysis, evaluation of main institutions, procedures affecting administration of justice under law. Topics will include criminal procedure, case analysis and the mechanics of the municipal, state and federal judicial systems. The interaction of criminal law, judicial decision-making and the administration of justice will be emphasized. Also listed as CRM 202. Fulfills: LASR. (3 cr. hr.)
