PSY 435 - Health Psychology(O)An overview of topics in health psychology, including an examination of the research theory and methods of health psychology. Addresses the contributions of psychology to understanding the antecedents of health, illness and related dysfunctions such as substance abuse, the determinants of health promotion, the prevention of illness, and coping.
